Homemade dumplings are much tastier than store-bought dumplings - this fact is beyond doubt. But in order to dazzle them, you need to cook not only delicious minced meat, but also make the right dough - tight, elastic, not sticking to your hands and, at the same time, well fastened (so as not to fall apart).
It is necessary
- - Flour - 0.5 kg;
- - Eggs - 4 pcs.;
- - Salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - Water - 1 tbsp.;
- - Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to sift the flour. This must be done in order to make the dough more fluffy.
Step 2
Pour it into the cup in which you will knead. In the middle of the formed slide, use a fork or simply make a small depression with your hands.
Step 3
Break the eggs one by one. Pour their contents into this recess. Stir with a fork so that a lump of dough is already formed, slightly liquid in appearance.
Step 4
Salt, dilute with water, add vegetable oil. Now that all the ingredients have been added, it remains to knead the dough. To do this, you need to collect flour from the sides.
Step 5
As soon as the dough turns into a lump, it should be laid out on the table, sprinkled with flour, covered first with a regular bag, and then with a towel (you can put it in a dark place). Leave on for 15 minutes. Take out, mix and hide again under the "blanket".
Step 6
After another 15 minutes, the dough must be taken out and kneaded until it stops sticking to your hands. Thanks to two alternate mixes, you will be able to do this very quickly. That's all. Now all that remains is to cook delicious minced meat and stick dumplings.
