Step by step cooking process

In a deep container, mix kefir with semolina, stir and leave for half an hour while the cereal swells. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar with a whisk and add to the swollen semolina. Add vanilla and grated cottage cheese there. Pre-beat cottage cheese with a blender until smooth.

Add soda to the mass and mix well. Separately extinguishing soda with vinegar is not necessary here, since kefir is used in the recipe. Whisk eggs and granulated sugar in a bowl. Combine the raisins with a mixture of semolina and kefir, pour in the eggs and mix thoroughly.

You will need:

  • 600 g of cottage cheese;
  • 100 g of shelled walnuts;
  • 100 g flour;
  • 1 glass of kefir;
  • 4 tbsp. spoons of liquid honey;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 50 g almonds;
  • 4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of powder;
  • 1 tsp baking powder.
