Crab sticks in cheese batter
To prepare crab sticks in batter, you will need the following ingredients: 1 pack of crab sticks (250 grams), 2 chicken eggs, about 100 grams of cheese, 50 grams of sour cream, ½ lemon juice, about 100 grams of wheat flour, a little vegetable oil for frying, black ground pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the crab sticks with black pepper, pour with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes. During this time, prepare the batter.
Pour the contents of two eggs into a bowl, add sour cream, mix the ingredients thoroughly until smooth. Grate the cheese on a medium grater, add to a bowl and mix again. Then gradually add flour and stir until the mass looks like a dough, about the consistency of pancakes.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Dip the pickled crab sticks in the batter and fry on both sides until golden brown. Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Then transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
A sweet and sour sauce, for example, made from tomato paste and sour cream, goes very well with this dish. You can also decorate the dish with herbs.

The consistency of the dough should be the same as for pancakes.
Beat the cold whites with a mixer until they are firm, add to the dough and stir gently. Alternately pricking the crab sticks on a fork, dip them in the dough and fry in highly heated vegetable oil until browned. Then remove excess grease with paper towels or paper towels and serve.
