Ingredients:

  • Pork meat - 500 g;
  • White cabbage - 500 g;
  • Potatoes - 3 large tubers;
  • Carrots - 1 large piece;
  • Onions - 2 pcs;
  • Fresh fleshy tomato - 1 pc;
  • Adjika spicy - 2 tablespoons;
  • Greens to taste;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Capsicum hot pepper - 1 pc.

Preparation:

  1. Pour some sunflower oil into the bottom of the frypot and place the rinsed and chopped medium-sized pork. Fry the meat until light golden brown.
  2. While the meat is roasting, you need to prepare, rinse and peel the vegetables. Then cut the potatoes into quarters or large slices. Cut the cabbage into large squares. Cut the peeled carrots into cubes or cubes, and cut the onions into half rings. Cut the fresh tomato into large wedges. Cut the pepper pod lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips. If dry hot peppers are used, you do not need to peel them, but simply add them at the end of cooking.
  3. When the meat is fried, you need to salt it and add chopped onions and carrots to it, simmer the vegetables until softened. On top, begin to lay out the remaining vegetables in layers. The first layer is tomato sliced into wedges, then potatoes, and the last layer will be cabbage and hot peppers.
  4. Pour half of the vegetables with boiled water on top, put adjika on top and spread with a spoon on the top layer. Switch the heat to medium and bring to a boil, then switch to low heat and cook until vegetables are tender.

Serve this stew hot, sprinkling with spicy chopped herbs.
