Guests can be delighted with delicious pastries, but the dough from the store is not as tasty as homemade, made with your own hands.
1. Kefir dough with cheese
You will need:
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2/3 teaspoon of baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 cup of kefir
Mix all ingredients until smooth. If you want to make cheese cakes, then grate the cheese on a coarse grater. If you want to cook small pastries, then grate the cheese on a fine grater.
2. Unleavened dough with sour cream
You will need:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 glass of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- 50 g melted margarine
- 100 g of milk
- 1 egg
This dough is suitable for cakes for tea, or for pies. This dough is universal, as almost every home contains all the ingredients.
3. Yeast dough with kefir
You will need:
- 2.5 Art. flour
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tbsp. spoonful of sugar
- 0.5 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. kefir
Dissolve the yeast in kefir, then add all the other ingredients. Leave the dough to rise for 1.5 hours. This dough is perfect for fried baked goods in oil.
4. Pouring dough on kefir (five minutes)
You will need:
- 1 hour boat of soda
- 1 tbsp. kefir
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
First, put soda in kefir, then add the egg, flour, salt and mix everything well. This dough is perfect for pizza or pie. Important: the filling should not be wet.
5. A dough that will never fail. Yeast dough with soda
You will need:
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda
- 0.5 packs of wet yeast (50 g)
- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- 200 g sour cream
- 150 g margarine
- 2 eggs
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Beat eggs with sugar. Add the egg mixture to the yeast, then melted margarine, sour cream, salt and soda. Mix everything and slowly add flour. You can bake pies, rolls or pies from this dough. If the pie is not sweet, for example with meat, then we just don't add sugar.
