Chicken lasagna is a very tender and easy-to-prepare dish that is perfect for a hearty breakfast with the family.
It is necessary
- 1.5 kg of chicken
- 1 onion
- 300 ml of white wine,
- 1 celery
- 450 grams of leeks,
- 150 grams of butter
- 90 grams of flour
- 1 clove of garlic
- 225 grams of hard cheese
- 50 grams of parmesan,
- 1 bay leaf
- some black ground pepper,
- 280 ml fat-free cream,
- 3 tbsp. spoons of peanuts,
- 300 grams of lasagna sheets.
Instructions
Step 1
Gut the chicken and rinse it well, cut it into several parts. We put the chicken pieces into a saucepan, fill it with warm water, pour 150 ml of wine, season with pepper and salt. Put lavrushka in a saucepan and cook until the meat is cooked.
Step 2
Take the boiled chicken out of the pan, put it in a bowl and leave it aside to cool. Cut the cooled chicken meat into small pieces.
Step 3
Leave the chicken broth on the fire and boil it down to a liter.
Step 4
Heat the water in a separate saucepan, but do not bring it to a boil. We put the lasagna in the water and after 5-7 seconds take it out, transfer it to the wire rack and leave it to dry.
Step 5
We wash the leeks, chop and fry in butter with the addition of chopped garlic for 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and put the remaining butter in it, melt it (the pan is hot, melt quickly). Put the pan back on the fire and quickly fry the flour. Pour in boiled chicken broth, 150 ml of white wine and bring to a boil.
Step 6
After boiling, cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 7
Add grated Parmesan and half of any grated hard cheese to the pan. Pour the cream into the pan, season with pepper and salt, while stirring, bring the sauce to a boil, then turn off the heat and cool the sauce.
Step 8
Put the sauce (a small part) into a prepared form, cover with lasagna. Put some chicken and onions on the lasagne, sprinkle with grated cheese and grease with sauce.
Put the lasagna on the sauce and repeat all the steps again until the layers are over. Sprinkle the lasagna with cheese and chopped peanuts.
Step 9
We bake the lasagne in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for about 45 minutes. Cool the finished lasagne a little and serve.
