Lasagna has long been a popular dish in restaurants. It's also easy to make at home. This will take a little time and effort. It turns out to be very tender and tasty.

It is necessary

  • - dough for lasagna 9 sheets;
  • - chicken fillet 700 g;
  • - champignons 350 g;
  • - tomatoes in their own juice 450 g;
  • - onions 150 g;
  • - hard cheese 200 g;
  • - oregano 1 teaspoon;
  • - basil 1 teaspoon;
  • - salt;
  • For the Bechamel sauce:
  • - butter 50 g;
  • - wheat flour 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - milk 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - chicken egg 2 pcs.;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion, wash and chop finely. Wash the chicken meat, pat dry with a paper towel, and chop finely. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.

Step 2

Fry the onion until transparent. Add chicken fillet, fry with onion for 10 minutes. Peel the champignons, cut into small cubes. Then add the mushrooms to the skillet and sauté everything together for another 10 minutes.

Step 3

Grate the tomatoes on a fine grater. Add salt, oregano and basil to these. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour, then milk. Simmer until thickened. Remove from heat, add eggs and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Place the lasagne sheets in a baking dish. Spread the evenly cooked meat filling on top. Pour the Béchamel sauce over the top. Then repeat the layers: the lasagna sheets, the remaining filling, and the Bechamel sauce.

Step 5

Cover the lasagna with another layer of sheets, top with tomato sauce. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Then take out the lasagne, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for another 20 minutes.
