It is necessary
- - 1 kg of chicken fillet;
- - 10 pieces. dried prunes;
- - 100 g of champignons;
- - 50 ml of olive oil;
- - 5 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
- - 2 tbsp. curry spoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse chicken fillet, cut into portions. Place the meat in a bowl and pour over the soy sauce, add the curry and stir. Leave to marinate overnight in the refrigerator. It is advisable to tighten the bowl with cling film to avoid chapping the chicken and getting foreign odors from the refrigerator.

Heat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil on it, put the marinated meat, fry it on all sides. The meat should be lightly browned.
