Chicken meatballs with mushrooms are very juicy and tender. Such a dish can be prepared both for a family dinner and for a celebration.
It is necessary
- - chicken fillet 700 g;
- - fresh champignons 300 g;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - chicken egg 1 pc.;
- - 3 cloves garlic;
- - bread crumbs 2 tbsp. spoons;
- For the sauce:
- - tomato paste 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - carrots 1 pc.;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Peel the onions and mushrooms, then finely chop into pieces. Fry the mushrooms and onions for 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Wash the chicken fillet, dry with a paper towel, mince. Then twist the mushrooms and onions in a meat grinder. Add the egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper to the minced meat, mix. Form small meatballs.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry the meatballs on both sides, until golden brown. Transfer the meatballs to a thick-bottomed dish.
Step 4
Peel the onions and carrots, grate on a fine grater. Then fry in a little vegetable oil. Add salt, pepper, tomato paste, sour cream and 2 cups hot water. Simmer for 10-12 minutes over medium heat.
Step 5
Pour meatballs with hot sauce, simmer for 30 minutes, covered over low heat.
