- • marinade:
- • drinking water - 1.5 l,
- • vinegar - 1 tbsp. (6%),
- • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.,
- • salt - 4 tablespoons,
- • granulated sugar - 9 tbsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the cabbage forks into square pieces, or whatever you like, the main thing is not small.
Step 2
Wash the carrots and cut into thin discs. Peel the garlic, crush it with the flat side of a knife, chop it finely. Chop the bitter pepper as small as possible.
Step 3
Put cooked cabbage, carrots, garlic in one container. Add bay leaves, dill seeds, cloves, and peppercorns.
Mix everything well.
Step 4
Next, prepare the cabbage marinade. To do this, pour a saucepan with water, add vegetable oil and vinegar. Then sugar and salt, bring the resulting composition to a boil.
Step 5
Pour the cabbage with hot marinade. Leave to stand for three days at room temperature.
Step 6
Once the cabbage is ready, you can divide it into the jars. It is advisable to store pickled cabbage in the refrigerator.
