Step 1

Take a few medium sized potatoes and peel them. Place in a saucepan. Fill with water so that it completely covers the vegetables. Salt a little. Put the container with the contents on the fire. During the cooking process, check the potatoes for readiness, to do this, pierce it from time to time with a fork, if it comes in easily - it is ready.

Step 2

Rub the prepared vegetables through a sieve or mash, making mashed potatoes from them. Add two raw eggs, 2 tablespoons to the mass. starch and salt to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.

Take premium flour (2-3 tablespoons), sift thoroughly. Then pour into a preheated skillet and fry until golden brown. Boil 250 ml of milk, add it to the flour. You should have a thick gravy, put it in a water bath for about 15 minutes.
