Place the dressed salad in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

To prepare an unusual salad with fresh strawberries and grapefruit, you will need:

- 250 g fresh strawberries;

- 250 g grapefruit;

- 2 tsp icing sugar;

- arugula leaves;

- balsamic vinegar.

Peel the grapefruit, divide into slices, cut each into thin slices, removing the seeds. Place the grapefruit pieces in a colander to drain off excess liquid. Wash and dry the strawberries and arugula leaves. Sprinkle the strawberries with powdered sugar and drizzle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar. Then combine all the ingredients of the salad: grapefruit slices, strawberries and arugula leaves. Mix everything gently, sprinkle with balsamic sauce, let it brew for 15-20 minutes and serve.
