- 50 ml of balsamic vinegar;
- 50 ml of olive oil;
- 4 g granulated sugar;
- 2 g of salt;
- ground black pepper.
In a clean, dry bowl, mix equal proportions of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Then add the remaining ingredients to taste (granulated sugar, salt, ground pepper) and mix thoroughly until smooth. The salad dressing is ready!

To prepare a vegetable vinaigrette, perfect for a lean table, you will need:
- 250 g of potatoes;
- 150 g of beets;
- 100 g of carrots;
- 150 g of pickled or pickled cucumbers;
- 150 g of onions;
- 50-100 g of canned green peas;

Boil the beets, carrots and jacket potatoes separately until fully cooked. Then cool all the vegetables, peel and cut into small slices. - 400 g of potatoes;
- 200 g of bell pepper;
- 2 boiled eggs;
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 15 g of parsley;
- 80 ml of vegetable oil;
- 15 ml of balsamic vinegar;
- pepper;
- salt.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in their skins until tender. Then cool, peel and cut into cubes. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut into large slices, chop the cheese into thin strips. Mix all prepared ingredients, add finely chopped parsley. Put the finished dish in a deep salad bowl and pour over the dressing. For her: mix vegetable oil with balsamic vinegar, add pepper, salt and mix everything well. Place the dressed salad in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
Fruit salad recipe
To prepare an unusual salad with fresh strawberries and grapefruit, you will need:
- 250 g fresh strawberries;
- 250 g grapefruit;
- 2 tsp icing sugar;
- arugula leaves;
- balsamic vinegar.
Peel the grapefruit, divide into slices, cut each into thin slices, removing the seeds. Place the grapefruit pieces in a colander to drain off excess liquid. Wash and dry the strawberries and arugula leaves. Sprinkle the strawberries with powdered sugar and drizzle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar. Then combine all the ingredients of the salad: grapefruit slices, strawberries and arugula leaves. Mix everything gently, sprinkle with balsamic sauce, let it brew for 15-20 minutes and serve.
