According to experts, about a quarter of milk on store shelves does not meet the required standards.

Milk is the most commonly purchased dairy product. As we know, there is a farm, i.e. directly from under the cow, pasteurized and ultra-pasteurized.

Farm milk is considered whole, it has a high fat content and all vitamins are preserved. Only you need to buy such milk from trusted people in order to know for sure that the animal is healthy.

Pasteurized milk is a product that has undergone rapid heat treatment. On the one hand, there is only benefit from such milk: both bacteria are killed, and vitamins and minerals are preserved. There is only one BUT! An antibiotic is often added to such milk to prevent premature souring. It is quite easy to check the presence of a medicine in milk at home. To do this, pour 100 ml of milk into the container, add a tablespoon of sour cream and leave for several hours in a warm place. If the milk is sour and yogurt is obtained, then the milk is "pure".

UHT milk is milk with a long heat treatment. It lacks all harmful elements, but unfortunately useful ones too. The only plus of such a product is its long shelf life.

Curd and curd product. Real curd is obtained by fermenting milk without adding any accelerators, etc. The process is long and the volume of products obtained is small, the price of such a dairy product is quite high. The curd product costs almost half the price, but it contains palm oil, which negatively affects the entire body. When choosing baby curds or glazed curds, you need to make sure that only curd is included.

Yoghurts. When buying this dairy product, first of all, you need to pay attention to the expiration dates. Live yoghurt can be stored for up to 10 days, but it is also not immune to the presence of food additives. Yoghurts with a shelf life of 4-6 months are a complex of dyes, flavors and preservatives.
