Rigaudon is the name of an ancient pair dance, but not only. For some time now, this is the name of the dessert, which was invented in Burgundy.

- - brown sugar - 140 g;
- - chicken eggs - 6 pcs.;
- - crushed walnuts - 50 g;
- - ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp;
- - butter - 10-15 g;
- - salt to taste.

Step 1
You will need a saucepan to make dessert. Pour milk into it, add sugar, cinnamon and salt, stir. Heat the mixture until it boils, then turn off the heat and close the pan. Leave the mixture covered for 5-6 minutes, during which time it will infuse.

Grease a baking sheet or baking dish with butter. Divide the bun into equal pieces and arrange in the form. Sprinkle with chopped nuts on top, pour in a little milk.

Wash the eggs, break into a deep bowl, beat with a whisk along with salt. Pour milk into the eggs, stir. Pour the resulting composition carefully into a mold, which is placed in a tray with water. You don't need to pour a lot of water.

Heat the oven to 160 degrees, bake the dessert for an hour. Cool the ready-made rigodon, serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
