Cooking this salad will not take you much time, but believe me, it will be an easy and tasty dish. It can be prepared for your family for dinner or served to unexpected guests.

For the salad, we need crab sticks - a package of 200 grams or crab meat (but it will take longer to cut it), 2 boiled eggs, 2 small bell peppers (preferably several colors, then the salad will look beautiful) or one large, small jar of canned corn, 100 gram of cheese (it will need to be grated, so keep this in mind when choosing a variety), fresh cucumber, any mayonnaise for dressing and salt.

Let's start cooking. Use a deep bowl to help stir the ingredients. Cut the crab sticks and cucumber into thin strips. Eggs can be coarsely grated or diced. Bell peppers (I usually take yellow and red ones) cut in half, remove seeds and finely chop each half. Rub the cheese on a medium or fine grater. We put everything that has been grated and cut into a bowl, add corn (preferably without brine), season with mayonnaise, mix and taste. If necessary, you can add salt. That's it, our light salad is ready.
