Tomato soup is full of bright tomato flavor. It is very light, aromatic, tasty, and most importantly, dietary. The preparation of this dish is very simple - it does not require any special skills.
It is necessary
- - 2 liters of vegetable broth
- - 1/2 can of green peas
- - 150 g cauliflower
- - 2 tomatoes
- - 2 bell peppers
- - 3 potatoes
- - 4 tbsp. l. tomato paste or tomato
- - 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
- - salt
- - pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion, rinse it in clean cool water, dry and cut into small cubes. Rinse the tomatoes, make 2 cuts on top, dip in boiling water for 30 seconds, remove the skin, put in a blender and chop.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onion in it, fry until soft, then add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste to the onion, cook everything under a closed lid for 7-10 minutes, remembering to stir.
Step 3
Wash the potatoes from dirt, peel them, rinse again, dry and cut into cubes. Rinse the cabbage, disassemble into inflorescences. Cut the pepper into 2 parts, remove the seeds and rinse, cut into strips.
Step 4
Boil the vegetable broth, add potatoes and peppers to it, wait until the vegetables boil, put cauliflower, peas in the soup, cook for 7 minutes.
Step 5
Add the onion and tomato stir-fry, lemon juice, stir and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Diet tomato soup is ready.
