Chicken roll turns out to be very juicy and tasty. It can be served as an appetizer on the festive table. The roll can be served for breakfast. The combination of bacon, chicken, cheese and spinach makes the roll spicy and unusual.
It is necessary
- - chicken breast 2 pcs.;
- - cauliflower 200 g;
- - bacon 4 slices;
- - Fontina cheese 3 slices;
- - milk 300 ml;
- - spinach 50 g;
- - 6 garlic cloves;
- - parsley to taste;
- - olive oil 4 tbsp. spoons;
- - cream 50 ml;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Form a small envelope out of the foil. Pour in some olive oil, add salt and pepper. Add the peeled garlic cloves. Place the envelope in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Fry the bacon pieces on it. Note that the bacon must remain soft.
Step 3
Heat the milk in a saucepan, add cauliflower inflorescences to the milk. Simmer for 20 minutes. Then drain the milk, and add cream, butter and 2 cloves of foil garlic to the cauliflower. Grind with a blender until puree.
Step 4
Wash chicken breasts and spinach thoroughly. Dip the spinach in boiling water for 6 minutes, then discard in a colander. Place the meat on a cutting board, cover with cling film, and beat with a hammer.
Step 5
Place the bacon on top of the chicken breasts, top with slices of Fontina cheese, and then spinach. Roll the breasts into a roll. Fry the resulting rolls in a pan. You should get a golden crust. Then transfer the rolls to the oven for 30 minutes. Bake at 160 degrees.
Step 6
Cut the finished rolls into 1 cm slices. Serve the roll with mashed cauliflower. Garnish with parsley.
