The cake is a traditional dessert for weddings, birthdays and other special occasions. But in our time, you do not need to wait for any holiday in order to pamper yourself with a piece of almost any cake. It is enough to go to the store or cook it yourself at home. And to try all the cakes in the world, perhaps a lifetime is not enough!

- sour cream - 250 g;
- sugar - 1 tbsp;
- gelatin - 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Step 1
Take a mold and a thick plastic bag. Remember, the higher the edges of your mold, the more layers your cake will have and the taller the cake will be. The plastic bag should not be thin, the denser it is, the better. Carefully cut the bag at one end and place it on the bottom of your mold so that the edges of the bag descend at least ten to fifteen centimeters along the sides.
Step 2
Soak one tablespoon of gelatin in one glass of cold water. Leave it on for a while so that it has time to swell.
Step 3
Start spreading the first layer onto the plastic bag. Place the biscuits straight, back to back, and close the remaining gaps with pieces of broken biscuits.
Step 4
Then lay out the next layer - bananas. Cut them in advance in circles of five millimeters, you do not need to thicker. So fill in the entire shape, alternating layers evenly until you're done.
Step 5
Mix sugar with sour cream and beat this mass with a mixer for several minutes.
Heat gelatin, which has stood for forty minutes, over a fire until boiling, remembering to stir it all the time. Then pour the gelatin into the sour cream through a strainer, mix everything thoroughly and immediately pour the resulting mass into the layers in the form.
Step 6
Fold the edges of the bag on top, press down with a plate and put the cake in the refrigerator overnight. Unroll the bag in the morning and place the cake on a nice plate. Now carefully remove the bag and decorate your creation. For this, you can use anything you want. Decorate the cake with fruit, marmalade, grate chocolate.
Step 7
The advantage of such a cake is that it does not need to be baked and it takes a long time to make a cream. It is not expensive at all and very easy to prepare. Don't be intimidated by the cumbersome recipe. Everything is done very quickly and easily.
