Few people think that making a much healthier salad takes the same amount of time as a dry sandwich that impairs digestion. There are many types of instant salads, just learn a couple of recipes and your diet will change.

Step 1
Prepare a quick and easy vegetable salad, diversifying it with feta cheese and olives (this salad is called "rustic" in Greece, but here it is known as "Greek"). Wash the vegetables, prepare the bell peppers - cut in half, cut the core with seeds, rinse with water, peel the onions (it is better to take red sweet onions, they are less spicy and will not interrupt the taste of the rest of the ingredients).
Step 2
Cut all vegetables into large square slices, cut the onion into half rings. Put everything in a deep bowl, mix.
Step 3
Add the olives to the bowl, draining the jar completely (you don't need to cut them). Cut the feta cheese into large squares and add to a bowl. Pour olive oil (preferably cold pressed) over the salad and stir. There is no need to salt such a mixture of vegetables - the cheese itself is quite salty, this is enough for the whole salad. Rustic salad from Greece - light, low-calorie. Its preparation will not take more than 7-10 minutes.
Step 4
The second option for a quick salad is more high-calorie, but no less tasty. Boil chicken breast (it will cook very quickly) and eggs.
Step 5
Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a fine grater. Peel a couple of cloves of garlic and pass through a garlic press.
Step 6
Cut the boiled breast into small pieces, peel and chop the eggs (you can also grate them on a coarse grater). Put everything in a bowl, add prepared carrots, salt. Combine mayonnaise with garlic and season salad with this mixture.
