It is necessary
- - 700 g of chicken legs;
- - 600-700 g of pumpkin pulp;
- - 1 onion;
- - 3 pieces of carnations;
- - 5 pieces of allspice;
- - 1-2 bay leaves;
- - 1 tsp. rosemary;
- - 250 ml of light grape juice;
- - 1-2 tsp balsamic sauce;
- - some vegetable oil for frying;
- - salt, black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Take chicken legs, salt and pepper, add rosemary and balsamic vinegar. Then pour the grape juice over the meat and leave it to marinate until morning.
Step 2
Put the finished marinated meat in a deep frying pan and fry it in vegetable oil along with the onion. Then add the marinade and boil.
Step 3
Add spices (cloves, allspice and bay leaf). Simmer the dish over low heat, covered, for about 1 hour. Make sure that the meat is almost completely covered with liquid, add broth or hot water if necessary.
Step 4
Then fry the pumpkin cut into large cubes, add salt to taste and mix it with the cooked meat. Stir gently and simmer for about 30 minutes, covered and over low heat.
