Pate is an excellent appetizer for any festive or everyday table. There are many types of pate, and they are all easy to prepare. One of the most popular is chicken pate with walnuts.
It is necessary
- - liver sausage - 200 grams;
- - chicken meat - 150 grams;
- - shelled walnuts - 50 grams;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - greens: dill and parsley;
- - ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the chicken meat and boil it in salted water. Then we take it out of the pan and let it cool, after which we cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
We clean and cut the liver sausage into small pieces. After that, you need to put the pieces in a plate and mash with a fork, thereby turning it into a puree.
Step 3
Grind the walnuts. We wash the greens, dry them and chop finely.
Step 4
Now mix the chicken with the liver puree. Add ground walnuts and black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly again.
Step 5
Put the pate on a plate. Sprinkle with herbs on top.
