  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - ½ teaspoon of nutmeg;
  • - black pepper to taste;
  • - 2 teaspoons of potato spice.

Instructions

Step 1

Select large potatoes of the same size, wash well with a brush. Peel the potatoes and cut the potatoes into 2mm thick slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 2

Take a deep bowl and pour milk into it. Beat in an egg and add ¼ of the cheese. Add nutmeg, black pepper and seasoning. Stir, but do not shake.

Step 3

Peel the garlic and divide each wedge in two. Grate well with garlic and oil in the form in which the potatoes will be baked.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Arrange the potatoes in a mold so that each circle overlaps the other slightly. Pour the cooked cheese sauce over the potatoes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the dish and add small pieces of butter. Place in oven and bake for 40-50 minutes.
