The healthiest food is steamed. I suggest you cook chicken soufflé with zucchini in a double boiler. This dish can undoubtedly be called dietary.
It is necessary
- - chicken fillet - 1/2 pcs.;
- - a small zucchini - 1 pc.;
- - egg - 1 pc.;
- - starch - 1 teaspoon;
- - dill and green onions - 1 tablespoon;
- - salt;
- - black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken meat thoroughly under running water and let it dry completely. Chop the zucchini into fairly small pieces, and finely chop the dill and green onions.
Step 2
Place the pre-minced meat and finely chopped zucchini into a food processor. Grind these ingredients until the mixture has a homogeneous consistency. Then add one raw chicken egg to the resulting mass, as well as salt along with pepper to your liking. Mix everything as it should.
Step 3
Add starch to the main mixture. Mix everything properly. Then add finely chopped dill and green onions there. Stir again.
Step 4
Divide the resulting mass into small silicone molds. If you do not have them, you can use a large form for making chicken soufflé with zucchini, only in this case it should not be steamed, but in the oven.
Step 5
Pour the required amount of water into the steamer. Then install the molds with the future soufflé on it. When the water in the double boiler comes to a boil, reduce the heat and cook the dish with the lid closed for 20-25 minutes.
Step 6
After the time has elapsed, remove the dish from the steamer and remove it from the silicone molds - it should be removed quite easily. Chicken soufflé with zucchini is ready! Garnish with finely chopped herbs before serving.
