Fish is very useful for the body, as it contains not only phosphorus, but also vitamins A and B, which are part of fish oil. Stuffed pike is a tender, juicy and tasty dish. Fish lovers will be delighted if they are offered this delicacy.

- - 700 g pike (pike perch);
- - 100 g of bread;
- - 1 tbsp. milk;
- - 1 egg;
- - 150 g onions;
- - 1-2 tbsp. l. boiled rice (optional);
- - greens to taste;
- - mayonnaise;
- - salt;
- - pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Clean the pike (do not cut the belly). Do not cut out the fins, but remove the head and gills. Make small cuts in a circle and carefully peel off the hide. Chop off the bone at the base of the tail and remove the entrails from the fish.
Step 2
Separate the meat from the bones and soak the bread in the milk. Take a meat grinder and use it to skip meat (2 times), onion and bread. You can use a blender.
Step 3
Finely chop the herbs and mix with meat, bread, onions and rice (optional). Season with salt and pepper. Add the egg and mix everything well.
Step 4
Stuff the skin with cooked minced meat (do not stuff it tightly). Grease the foil with oil and place on it. Don't forget to attach your head. Brush with mayonnaise.
Step 5
Wrap in foil and place in oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour. Then cool and only then unfold the foil. Serve the stuffed pike cold.
Step 6
Garnish with a mayonnaise net, cranberries, parsley or dill if desired.
