Cabbage cake belongs to the category of cold snacks. If you haven’t tried to make such a cake yet, then it’s time to do it, especially since cabbage must be used in your diet.

- - 1 medium forks of white cabbage;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 1 glass of milk;
- - 1 glass of sour cream;
- - 4 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 glass of walnuts;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
- - 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- - vegetable oil;
- - mustard;
- - dill;
- - salt;
Instructions
Step 1
Dip the cabbage forks in boiling water for 5 minutes. Then carefully remove from the boiling water, let cool slightly and divide into leaves.
Step 2
Repeat the process. Only now put the cabbage leaves in boiling water and boil for 4 minutes. Salt to taste.
Step 3
Prepare cabbage leaves as for cabbage rolls. Remove thickenings and beat off. Spread out evenly on the table.

Prepare the batter: Beat eggs with salt and sugar, add a glass of milk. Slowly add flour, beat until smooth. The batter should be slightly thicker than the pancake dough.
Step 5
Dip the leaves in batter and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
Step 6
Prepare sour cream sauce: Add mustard, garlic and lemon juice to sour cream.
Step 7
Put the fried cabbage leaves on a flat plate, coat with sour cream sauce and sprinkle with walnuts.
Step 8
Refrigerate for two hours. Cut into portions, garnish and serve as a cold appetizer.
