The meat is served with a very tasty and unusual sauce of chestnuts, broccoli, mushrooms, green peas and a couple of other interesting products. You will surprise all your household with such a dish - the meat according to this recipe is so tasty and aromatic!
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 450 g of beef steak;
- - 3 cups green peas;
- - 3 cups of chopped champignons;
- - 1 head of broccoli cabbage;
- - 1/3 cup bamboo shoots;
- - 8 culinary chestnuts;
- - 2 stalks of stalked celery;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oyster sauce;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt.
- For the marinade:
- - 1 st. a spoonful of rice vinegar, soy sauce;
- - 1/2 teaspoon each of ground white pepper, salt, sesame oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the steak into strips across the grain. Place all marinade ingredients in a bowl and stir. Put the chopped meat in the marinade, mix, leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Boil broccoli in boiling water for 30 seconds, quickly discard in a colander, let the liquid drain. The cabbage should remain green.
Step 3
Heat a wok or a large skillet over high heat, put the meat in it, fry on all sides until a brown crust forms, stirring occasionally. Transfer the fried meat to a plate, and wipe the pan with paper napkins.
Step 4
Pour the remaining vegetable oil into a skillet, add chopped onions, fry for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli and celery to the skillet, cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add green peas, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and chestnuts and cook for 1 minute.
Step 5
Place the fried meat in the pan, top with oyster sauce and salt to taste.
Step 6
Serve broccoli and chestnut grilled meats directly on a serving plate.
