During the summer months, cream soups and puree soups become popular. They saturate and refresh well. Seafood puree soup has no extra calories and is extremely healthy.
It is necessary
- - peeled shrimps 200 g;
- - 6 garlic cloves;
- - onions 2 pcs.;
- - jalapeno or chili pepper 1 pc.;
- - white wine 100 ml;
- - vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - flour 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - cream 50 ml;
- - fish fillet 100 g;
- - avocado 1 pc.;
- - lime 1 pc.;
- - green onions 50 g;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
To make shrimp broth? Heat a small amount of oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the peeled prawns, onions, garlic and jalapenos and sauté often, stirring occasionally. Cook until ingredients are tender, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add wine to the saucepan and stir until most of the liquid has evaporated. Add water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 40 minutes. Then strain the broth.
Step 3
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, then add flour and stir constantly for 1 minute. Gently pour in the shrimp broth, stirring with a whisk. Add milk, salt and bring mixture to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add shrimp and fish fillets. Reduce heat and simmer until fish is done. Remove the pan from heat. Add green onions and chopped avocado to each serving, garnish with a wedge of lime.
