It so happens that sometimes you want to try something new and unusual. At such a moment, you can please yourself and cook, for example, salmon with creamy sauce and zucchini salad.
It is necessary
- - salmon fillet on the skin - 800 g;
- - cream with a fat content of 23% - 250 ml;
- - onions - 2 pcs;
- - dry white wine - 200 ml;
- - zucchini - 3 pcs;
- - sun-dried tomatoes in oil - 150 g;
- - capers - 100 g;
- - salt;
- - white pepper.

Step 1
So, the fish must be cut into pieces no more than 3 centimeters thick. Cut the resulting pieces lengthwise so that they can be opened like a book, that is, without reaching the edge a couple of centimeters.

Now heat the oven to 130 degrees. While it heats up, put a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet, and on it, respectively, fish. Sprinkle the salmon fillet with white pepper, salt, and grease with oil from sun-dried tomatoes. Send the baking sheet to the preheated oven for half an hour. After the time has passed, remove the baked fish and cover it with foil on top.

Next, you need to make a creamy sauce. To do this, chop and fry the onion in a pan for 4 minutes. Then pour white wine to the onion and evaporate it until the volume of the future sauce is reduced to 1/3. After the wine has evaporated, add the cream. Heat the resulting mixture for another 2-3 minutes, add salt and pepper.

Grind the sauce until smooth. To do this, pour it into a blender.
Step 5
With zucchini, you need to do the following: rinse them thoroughly, dry them, then cut into thin longitudinal plates and salt a little. Cut the tomatoes into strips as well.
Step 6
Combine the following ingredients: zucchini, capers, sun-dried tomatoes. Also add tomato oil and 1 teaspoon of caper marinade to the mixture. Leave the resulting salad to infuse for 30 minutes. After the time is up, you can serve the baked salmon with a creamy sauce and zucchini salad.
