    • butter - 100 g;
    • flour - 50 g;
    • boiling water - 1 glass.

    • shark meat - 1 kg;
    • black pepper;
    • nutmeg;
    • bacon;
    • vegetable oil.
    • Stew shark:
    • potatoes - 1 kg;
    • shark meat - 0.5kg;
    • onions - 2 pcs;
    • milk - 200 ml.

Step 1

Shark in French.

Chop the onions finely and fry in vegetable oil. Make a cruciform cut in the tomato, pour boiling water over it and peel it. Chop finely and add to the onion. Pass the garlic through a press and place in the skillet. Pour the broth over the mixture. Pour the sauce into a saucepan, put the fish there, close the lid and simmer for 20 minutes. Put the finished shark on a plate, pour boiled broth on top. Garnish with vegetables and fresh herbs.

Shark baked in breadcrumbs.

Defrost fish. Place a pot of salted water on the stove. When the liquid boils, place the blue shark in it. Cook for 2 hours. Cool and grind the meat in a blender or meat grinder. Mix melted butter, flour and a glass of boiling water until smooth. Put the boiled fish on a baking sheet and cover with sauce, pepper and salt. Sprinkle with grated cheese to taste and breadcrumbs on top. Bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Garnish the fish with chopped herbs, a lemon wedge, or a tomato rose.

Beat off skinless steaks and cut into pieces. Sprinkle with pepper, chopped garlic, nutmeg and salt. Wrap each bite in a strip of bacon and chop off with a toothpick. Then heat the vegetable oil and fry the fish in it. Remove the toothpick before serving and garnish with lemon and herbs. It goes well with fried and boiled vegetables.

Step 4

Stewed shark.

Peel potatoes, rinse and cut into slices. Place in a skillet or stewpan. Cut the onions into half rings and place with the potatoes. Cut the fish into small pieces. Combine all ingredients and sauté in butter. Pour in hot milk or cream. Simmer for 30 minutes under a closed lid. Serve hot. Garnish with fresh herbs.
