First, salmon is marinated in a mixture of garlic, dill and olive oil, then baked in the oven. It turns out a very aromatic fish. You can use salmon instead of salmon.

- - 1.5 kg salmon fillet with skin;
- - 1 head of garlic;
- - 50 ml of olive oil;
- - 30 g of fresh dill;

Peel the whole head of garlic, skip the cloves in a food processor or blender, add the olive oil with fresh dill, and turn it a couple more. Salt and pepper the mixture to your liking, you can add a few tablespoons of fresh lemon juice for flavor.

Rinse the fish fillets, take the fillets with skin, put them on paper napkins, dry them. Then place skin side down on a baking sheet or baking dish. Pre-coat the baking sheet / mold with oil. Put the garlic mass on top of the fish, put it in the refrigerator for two hours. During this time, the salmon will be marinated properly and will become very aromatic.
Step 3
Place a baking sheet with fish in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Cook for 15-20 minutes. The fish cooks quickly enough, so watch it cook - it may burn and the fish will become overly dry as a result.
Step 4
If the salmon flesh can be divided with a regular fork, then it is ready. A universal side dish for any fish - boiled rice, also with salmon with garlic and dill, you can serve fresh vegetables, boiled asparagus or cauliflower - so a full lunch or dinner is ready.
