Ingredients for the dough:

  • 250 ml warm water;
  • 3 tsp Sahara;
  • 5 tbsp. l. flour;
  • 8 g dry yeast.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 1 protein;
  • 2/3 tsp salt;
  • 320 g flour.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 25 g dill;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 egg yolk;
  • 60 g soft butter;
  • salt.

Preparation:

  1. The first step is to prepare the dough. To do this, pour the water into an iron bowl and heat until warm.
  2. Add dry yeast, sugar and sifted flour to warm water. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to rise for 15-20 minutes.
  3. After this time, mix the dough that has come up with a spoon. Then add salt, one protein and sifted flour to it. In this case, the flour should be added gradually, stirring the dough with a spoon, as it will stick strongly to your hands.
  4. Sprinkle the table with flour. Put the dough on the flour and knead by hand until firm, elastic and soft.
  5. Then roll the finished dough into a ball and leave it on the table for at least half an hour, covering it with a bowl on top. During this time, it should double in size.
  6. Meanwhile, wash the dill, dry it and chop finely with a knife. Peel the garlic and pass through the garlic. Put these ingredients in a deep bowl and mix with soft butter, salt to taste.
  7. Drive the egg yolk into the dill-garlic filling, mix everything again and set aside.
  8. Knead the dough that has come up with your hands and divide it into 8 equal parts with a knife, rolling them into balls.
  9. Cover the baking sheet with cling paper and grease with oil.
  10. Put all the balls of dough on the paper, leaving a lot of empty space between them, and leave them again so that they increase by one and a half times.
  11. Make a depression in each ball with a glass.
  12. Fill the groove to failure with the filling.
  13. Send a baking sheet with dill-garlic buns to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. The baking time is indicated approximately, since each oven has its own characteristics, which must be taken into account. At the end of cooking, the buns should have a nice golden color, but not burn.
