    • 400 grams of fresh champignons;
    • 200 grams of cheese;
    • 4 tomatoes;
    • 4 tablespoons of ketchup
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise;
    • 1 egg.

Step 1

To prepare the dough, pour warm water into an enamel or glass bowl and stir in the icing sugar. Add yeast to the sweet water. Heat the bowl for ten minutes to allow the yeast to dissolve in the water.

Step 2

Combine the flour and salt and sift the mixture through a sieve. The sifted flour dough rises better and will be more fluffy. Mash the flour and butter.

Step 3

Pour the yeast diluted in water into the flour and knead the dough well. It should be free of lumps and not stick to your hands. Place the dough in a bowl, place a large plastic bag over the bowl and tie the neck loosely. Place the dough in a warm place for an hour.

When the dough rises, beat back until all air bubbles are removed. Knead the dough again, place it on a cutting board and divide it in half. Roll out each of the parts so that you get a circle with a diameter of about twenty centimeters. If you prefer to make one large pizza, roll the entire dough into one large circle.

For the filling, cut the onion into half rings. Put the onion in a skillet, add chopped champignons and sausages to it. Saute the mixture lightly until the onions are slightly soft.

Step 6

Pierce the dough in several places with a fork, brush it with ketchup, cut the tomatoes into not very thick circles. Place tomatoes and onions with mushrooms and sausages on the dough. Combine the egg, mayonnaise and olive oil and pour over the pizza with this mixture. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on the filling. Place the pizza in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees and bake for twenty-five minutes.
