Chicken meat is light and lean and easy to cook, especially when the kitchen has an oven. But even in its absence, temporary or permanent, you should not give up poultry dishes.

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the chicken fillet in soy sauce. This light and tasty dish will appeal to both adults and children. Rinse the fillets in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Step 2
Peel the onion head, wash and cut into half rings. Wash the bell pepper, cut and discard the seeds, rinse again. Cut the peppers into thin, oblong strips. It is advisable to take two different colors, for example, red and yellow.
Step 3
Cut the fillets into small pieces (cubes or blocks). Heat a saucepan (deep frying pan), add butter and sauté the onions. After a couple of minutes, add the fillets to the pan.
Step 4
Fry the onions and fillets for three to five minutes, then add the bell peppers to them, stir and fry for another three to five minutes.
Step 5
Pour soy sauce, some water and black pepper into a saucepan. Salt is not needed for this dish, soy sauce will give the desired effect instead.
Step 6
Reduce heat, cover and cook for thirty minutes. Boiled rice is suitable for such a simple dish as a side dish.
Step 7
Cook the chicken legs directly on the stove. Rinse and pat dry, rub with salt and dry curry.
Step 8
Preheat a frying pan, add vegetable oil and fry the legs over high heat on all sides until a delicious crust is obtained.
Step 9
Pour some hot water into the pan, into which you can add bay leaves and black peppercorns if desired. Cover the chicken with a lid, reduce heat, and simmer for about an hour. Then open the skillet and evaporate the water.
Step 10
The simplest chicken dish in a pan is chicken fillet in cream. Just cut it into small pieces, fry it with peeled and cut onion in half rings, season with salt and cream. Simmer over low heat for thirty minutes, after fifteen add finely chopped garlic and dill to the dish.
