Pizza can be made from different doughs with any filling. One of the interesting options is sweet pizza, which children love very much. They can make a product with chocolate, which will surely become the most memorable moment of the children's holiday. For adults, you can make a more sophisticated option, such as pizza with mascarpone and strawberries.
Pizza dough
For sweet pizza, you can make a classic yeast dough. It has a neutral taste - the filling will add the necessary sweetness to the dessert.
You will need:
- 200 g of wheat flour;
- 0.5 cups of milk;
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 15 g of yeast;
- salt.
Heat the milk, add yeast, salt and oil to it. Sift the flour into a bowl, pour in the milk mixture and knead the dough. Collect it in a ball, place in a preheated pot, cover with a towel and place in a warm place. The dough should be suitable for about an hour - during this time it will double in volume. Put the ripened dough on a floured board and knead well - the mass should become firm and elastic.
Strawberry pizza
Anyone who loves the aroma and delicate sour taste of strawberries should prepare a dessert pizza according to this recipe. Choose a ripe, not too soft berry that holds its shape well.
You will need:
- basic pizza dough;
- a tablespoon of olive oil;
- 150 g mascarpone cheese;
- 300 g fresh strawberries;
- 2 tablespoons of pine nuts;
- 1 teaspoon of grated lemon zest;
- icing sugar for sprinkling;
- fresh mint for garnish.
Instead of pine nuts, you can add coarsely chopped pistachios to your strawberry pizza.
Roll out the dough on a floured board. Lay it out in a circular shape, forming bumpers around the edge. Brush the crust with olive oil, then spread the mascarpone over it and sprinkle the cheese with pine nuts. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake until tender.
Wash the strawberries, dry and cut into thin plastics. Remove the pizza from the oven, spread the strawberries over the surface, sprinkle with lemon zest and powdered sugar. Chill dessert, cut into chunks and serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
Pizza with apples and cinnamon
- Pizza dough;
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted;
- 100 g mozzarella;
- 2 tablespoons of apple jam;
- 2 sweet and sour apples;
- brown sugar for sprinkling;
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
Use ripe and aromatic late varieties for the richest flavor.
Roll out the dough thinly on a floured board. Place a layer of dough on a baking sheet. Wash, peel and core the apples. Cut the fruits into thin slices. Mix the jam with melted butter and brush the dough with this mass. Place the apple slices on top. Stir in the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on the filling. Crush the mozzarella and scatter the slices over the surface of the pizza.
Place the product in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. Bake until the edges of the pizza are browned. Remove the baked goods from the oven, cool slightly and cut into pieces. Serve lukewarm.
