Step 1
Prepare the dough. In a food processor, combine flour, sugar and yeast for 2 seconds. Slowly add water to the same mixture in a mixer until the dough is wet. Allow the dough to mix well in the food processor within 10 minutes.

Add butter to the dough and mix thoroughly. Remove the dough and knead. Form the dough into a tight ball. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours (dough can be refrigerated for up to 3 days).

Make the sauce. In a mixer, stir all the ingredients for the sauce for 30 seconds. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
Step 4
One hour before baking the pizza, preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide it in half. Form each half into a smooth, tight ball.

Roll out the dough into a round shape on the board. Transfer to a baking sheet.
