  • - a teaspoon of lemon zest;
  • - ground nutmeg (optional).

Instructions

Step 1

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the pancakes. We make sure that there is not a single lump.

Preheat the pan (a 20 cm pan was used for this recipe).

Lubricate the pan with oil and pour in about 60 ml of dough. The pancake should be very thin.
