Of course, we all love Olivier and herring under a fur coat. But the New Year's table needs to be diversified in order to surprise all guests and loved ones. A delicious and unusual salad with tangerines and ham will come in handy for the New Year's table.
- 2-3 tangerines with the smallest slices
- a slice of ham (about 150-200 grams)
- Chinese cabbage (about 200 gr)
- 100 grams of canned corn
- a little Tilsiter cheese (50-70 grams)
- 50 ml sour cream
- 30 ml mayonnaise
- a bunch of greens (better than dill)
1. Cabbage should be chopped into small strips.
2. Cut the ham into strips too.
3. Cheese should be grated on a coarse grater.
4. Peel and divide the tangerines into slices (large slices should be cut in half). Salad with whole small wedges tastes better.
5. Pour cabbage, ham, cheese and tangerine slices into a salad bowl.
6. Add corn, finely chopped dill and salt a little.
7. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise and season salad with this mixture (you can also slightly pepper the dressing).
8. Before serving, the salad can be garnished with tangerine slices, herbs or slices of olives.
Such a light and original salad will decorate your New Year's table.
