  • - eggplant - 300 gr.;
  • - porcini mushrooms - 30 gr.;
  • - smoked brisket - 250 gr.;
  • - onion;
  • - tomatoes - 250 gr.;
  • - spaghetti - 200 gr.;
  • - cheese - 100 gr.;
  • - salt pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Initially, pour boiling water over the mushrooms for 30 minutes.

Step 2

At this time, we prepare all the ingredients:

- rub the cheese;

- cut tomatoes and eggplants into cubes;

- cut the brisket into small pieces;

- finely chop the onion.

Step 3

Fry the onions in vegetable oil, add the mushrooms and fry for 10-15 minutes.
