Russian-style veal chops are a nourishing, juicy and spicy dish at the same time. Garlic, black pepper and aromatic roots give it a sharp taste.

- - 700 g veal
- - pork fat
- - 4 onions
- - 1 tbsp. thick broth
- - 5 cloves of garlic
- - several large mushrooms
- - 3 parsley roots
- - tomato paste
- - 8 potatoes
- - flour
- - dill
- - ground black pepper
- - salt
- - butter
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the veal into several cutlets. Beat each piece thoroughly on both sides, rub with salt and black pepper. Fry the patties in pork fat or vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Chop the onion and mushrooms with a knife. Fry in butter with a little broth. Readiness can be determined by the softness of the onion.
Step 3
Put the cutlets in a baking dish, top with the mushroom mixture and a few tablespoons of tomato paste. Pour the remaining thick broth over the dish. Add salt, black pepper and chopped parsley roots. Stew the cutlets in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Serve this dish with fried potatoes or mashed potatoes, put a few sprigs of parsley on each plate for decoration.
