Although this recipe contains products that are not typical for Russian cuisine, for some reason such a dish is still called chops in Russian. But the name is, of course, not the main thing. The main thing is that this dish is very tasty and not too difficult to prepare.
It is necessary
-
- For 2 servings:
- pork chops - 2 pcs;
- white wine - 50 ml;
- meat broth - 200 ml;
- champignons - 250 g;
- sour cream - 150 ml;
- capers - 2 tablespoons;
- gherkins - several pieces;
- onions - 1 pc;
- tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
- butter - 2 tablespoons;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp;
- soy sauce
- salt
- pepper - to taste
- parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare all the food you need. Rinse meat and mushrooms thoroughly under running water. Beat the meat thoroughly, but do not overdo it, otherwise after frying it will turn out to be dry.
Step 2
Chop the champignons finely. Peel and chop the onion. You can rub it on a grater - this way more juice will stand out and the meat will be more aromatic.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan and melt one spoonful of butter in it. Fry the onions in this oil until tender. Add the mushrooms and continue to fry until all the liquid has evaporated from them.
Step 4
Add tomato paste, vegetable oil, flour, white wine and meat broth to the pan. Gently mix everything and simmer over low heat for ten minutes.
Step 5
Chop the parsley, gherkins and capers finely. Add all of this to the pan where the mushrooms are stewing. Stir.
Step 6
Add soy sauce, salt and pepper. Pour in sour cream, stir. Take another skillet and heat and melt the remaining butter in it. In this skillet, fry the chops for seven to eight minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste. Then cover and cook over low heat until tender.
Step 7
Transfer the chops to plates, top with the mushroom sauce, sprinkle with herbs.
