Step 1

To make a delicious and proper pasta, you need to boil the spaghetti properly. Take a deep saucepan, pour in plenty of water, season with salt and pepper, add thyme and bring to a boil. Put spaghetti in seasoned boiling water, add 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil so that the pasta does not stick together. Boil the pasta until tender, drain the water, and rinse the spaghetti with cool water.

While the spaghetti water is boiling, you can start making the spaghetti sauce. Rinse tomatoes, zucchini, hot and Bulgarian peppers in cold water. Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds from the peppers. Cut one tomato into small cubes and chop the other two tomatoes in a blender and puree.

Cut the bell pepper into small cubes, and chop the hot pepper very finely. Chop the zucchini finely or chop it in a blender.
