The name is not accidental, because this dish can be prepared even every day - it is so easy to prepare, but tasty and high in calories. The basis is potatoes, and the remaining components vary depending on their availability and the capabilities of the hostess.
It is necessary
- - potatoes - 8 pcs.;
- - chicken - 1 kg;
- - any sea fish - 500 g;
- - butter or margarine - 50 g;
- - sour cream - 200 g;
- - onions - 2 pcs.;
- - dill, parsley;
- - salt, pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken well, pat dry with a paper towel.
Peel the potatoes, cut them in half (large - into 4 parts), place in the center of a deep frying pan.
Step 2
Place the chopped chicken around the edges, salt and pepper, put small pieces of butter or margarine on top and place the pan in a well-heated oven.
Step 3
After 30-40 minutes, pour the potatoes and chicken with sour cream and keep on low heat under the lid for another 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
Before serving, you can sprinkle the dish with finely chopped dill or parsley. And instead of chicken, you can use liver, minced meat, pieces of finely chopped bacon.

An even simpler option for cooking potatoes with sea fish. Put peeled and sliced potatoes, prepared fish fillets in layers in a deep frying pan. Sprinkle the layers with onion rings, salt and pepper each to taste.
Step 6
Pour sour cream on top (you can also use cream to taste) and put in a preheated oven for 1 hour.
Step 7
Serve the finished dish with finely chopped herbs and black bread. For fans - you can sprinkle potatoes with grated spicy cheese.
