It is necessary

  • - sheets for lasagna
  • - 100 g of hard cheese
  • For the meat filling you will need:
  • - 500 g minced meat
  • - 1 tomato or tomato paste
  • - 1 carrot
  • - spices to taste
  • For the vegetable filling you will need
  • - 1 bell pepper
  • - 1 small zucchini
  • - 1 onion
  • - 1 tomato
  • - 1 carrot
  • - spices to taste
  • Bechamel sauce:
  • - 100 g butter
  • - 300 ml of milk
  • - flour
  • - salt

Instructions

Step 1

Meat filling

Clean and rub the carrots on a medium grater. Dip the tomato for 30 seconds in freshly boiled water, then take it out and peel it. Fry the minced meat in oil, add grated carrots and peeled, chopped tomato or 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste.

Step 2

Vegetable filling

Wash all the vegetables, clean them, grind them and fry them in a little oil.

Step 3

Melt the butter in a saucepan or small saucepan. After that, add flour to it, stirring constantly, until lumps form. Then pour in the milk and stir constantly until the lumps dissolve. We do all this on low heat. We remove the sauce from the heat as soon as it becomes similar in consistency to liquid sour cream.

Step 4

Pour lasagna sheets with boiling water and leave for 30 seconds.

Put on a greased baking sheet in layers: sheets for lasagna, then filling, pour béchamel sauce. Again: lasagna sheets, filling, sauce and so on until the end.

Top with grated cheese lasagna.

Step 5

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
