To make rice cakes, start by pouring round grain rice into a glass and prepare 100 g of bread crumbs. Also make sure you have oil and salt on your counter. For the sauce, do not forget to purchase four fresh mushrooms, a glass of raisins, half a glass of almonds and a lemon. Any mushrooms in the store are suitable for the sauce, you can use champignons.

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Rinse rice, raisins and mushrooms thoroughly. Pour almonds and raisins with two glasses of boiling water, leave to infuse. Squeeze the juice well from the lemon into a glass. Cook the rice in salted water until cooked, then put it in a colander and let the water drain. Transfer the rice to a saucepan, lightly rub it with a spoon to keep it from spilling, and pour in one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Then wait until the rice has completely cooled down.

Stir the cooled mass thoroughly, form large patties out of it, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in the remaining vegetable oil in a pan until golden brown. After that, carefully remove the finished cutlets. To make the cutlets tastier, they are best served with a spicy sauce. Make mushroom broth for the sauce. While it is cooking, peel the onion, chop it finely and fry until golden brown in a pan with flour and vegetable oil.
