  • - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper;
  • - 150 ml of cold water;
  • - 8 slices of spicy cheese.

Instructions

Step 1

To make the cutlets tasty, you need good quality minced meat. Both mincemeats must be mixed together.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, combine sea salt, dry garlic, dried onions, and black and red peppers. Pour the mixed spices into the minced meat. Stir them together with the minced meat, adding cold water there.

Divide each of the slices of hot cheese into 4 parts. Form thin round patties by hand or using a press.

Step 4

Place the cheese in the center of one cutlet. Glue it all together with another cutlet and transfer them with wax paper.
