Potato cutlets with ham and cheese are a great option for a hearty meal for the whole family. Any side dish is suitable for such cutlets, and the dish is made quickly enough and does not require significant costs.
It is necessary
- –Fresh potatoes (470 g);
- - ham (65 g);
- –Chicken eggs (7 pcs.);
- –Breadcrumbs (35 g);
- - vegetable oil (5 g);
- - hard cheese (70 g);
- –Onion (1 pc.);
- –Parsley to taste;
- –Salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Take the potatoes, rinse, carefully peel the dirt, remove the peel with a sharp knife. Next, cut into small pieces and place in salted water for cooking. When the potatoes are done, puree with a wooden rolling pin. Leave the potatoes to cool for a while.
Step 2
Start preparing the other ingredients. Rinse the parsley well, chop, transfer to a separate bowl and wait for the parsley to juice. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add to a cup of parsley. Cut the ham and fresh onion into small cubes. The smaller the ham is cut, the tastier the cutlets will be.
Step 3
Beat eggs into mashed potatoes using a blender, add cheese, parsley and ham, salt and mix well. Leave the minced meat to infuse for 20-30 minutes. Next, pour the breadcrumbs onto a flat surface, distribute by hand. Take some minced meat in the palm of your hand and shape into a patty. Dip the resulting cutlet in breadcrumbs, place in a preheated pan.
Step 4
Cook the patties under the lid, remembering to turn over periodically. Remember that potato patties cook much faster than meat patties. Remove the cutlets from the pan when a crispy crust appears on the surface.
