A bright and satisfying snack with a non-standard taste, which is easy to prepare from the products lying around in the refrigerator. If you invite guests to create this dish together, you can arrange your own culinary mini-show and significantly reduce the time spent.
It is necessary
- - young potatoes - 6 pieces;
- - ham - 12 slices;
- - canned pineapples - 12 slices;
- - butter - 120 grams;
- - olive oil - 4 tablespoons;
- - garlic - 4 cloves;
- - dill - half a bunch;
- - parsley - half a bunch;
- - favorite spices - by preference;
- - green onion feathers for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
If you are outdoors, you can safely use a barbecue or barbecue grill. In the apartment, they can be replaced with an electric grill, oven or grill pan.
In any case, grease the grill grate with olive oil. Then fry the ham slices on it on both sides.
Drain the syrup from the pineapple jar and dry the circles. They also need to be fried on a wire rack, but without oil and just a little.
Step 2
Peel the garlic and squeeze through a press. Rinse the dill and parsley and chop finely. Add them to soft butter and mix well.
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into halves. On the convex side, 15-20 cuts must be made, but the bottom of each half must remain intact.
Step 3
Next, you need to take 12 sheets of foil. Each of them, in turn, need to be greased with olive oil and the potatoes should be placed with the cuts up. Season them with pepper, salt and brush with the prepared garlic oil and herbs using a silicone brush. Wrap all the sheets so that the potatoes are hermetically sealed.
Fry them on a wire rack for about half an hour, turning occasionally.
Step 4
When serving, place the pineapple slices, ham on top and the last layer of potato halves on the plates before serving. Decorate with chopped rhombus onion feathers.
