Step 1
Transfer the minced meat to a deep bowl, add salt, a little sugar and the spice hop-suneli, pepper. Mix the minced meat thoroughly.

Cooking the filling. Boil eggs. Let them cool in cold water. Grate eggs and cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the butter into small 15 g pieces.

Form cakes from minced meat with a thickness of 2-3 cm. Put the filling in the middle of each cake - 1 teaspoon of grated cheese with an egg. Put a piece of butter on top. Pinch the edges of the cakes. Give the cutlets an oval shape.
