Sweet sausage is a delicious sweetness from childhood. The method of its preparation is so simple that even a student of an elementary school can cope with the dish. Sweet cookie sausage

To make the classic sweet sausage recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

- 3 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder;

- 200 g of granulated sugar;

- 4 tbsp. spoons of milk;

- a pinch of vanillin;

- a pack (180 g) of butter or margarine;

- 150 g of ground walnuts or almonds;

- 500 g of shortbread cookies;

- 1-2 chicken eggs;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of brandy or sweet liqueur if desired.

Pour the cookies into a large bowl and break them into small pieces. This can be done with your hands, or with a special hammer. You should not crush cookies until they turn into a single sand mass, because the sausage should then look like a real cervelat.

Choose fresh, crumbly shortbread cookies, such as "Coffee". It crumbles beautifully. The cookies for babies "Baby" are also great for sweet sausages.

In an enamel saucepan or bowl, melt the butter, add sugar and eggs to it and grind it all to a single, fluffy mass. Add cocoa, milk and put on low heat. Bring to a boil and remove immediately from heat. Let the mixture cool slightly. Add ground walnuts, a spoonful of brandy and ground biscuits to the mass. Mix the whole mass thoroughly and let it cool.

Spread cling film or foil on the table. Spread the sweet mass on it, form cylinders as thick as cervelat and wrap tightly with foil or foil. Then put the food in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Take the dessert out of the fridge for 10 minutes before drinking tea and cut it into pieces like a sausage.

Many people like this sweet sausage with corn sticks even more than with cookies, due to its spicy taste and softness. After all, sausage with cookies sometimes turns out to be rather dry. And for an even better taste, instead of cocoa and sugar, the housewives came up with the idea of adding ordinary soft toffee to the cream.

Ingredients for Sweet Corn Stick Sausage:

- 0.5 kg of soft toffee;

- 0.2 kg of corn sticks or balls;

- a pack of butter;

- walnuts, raisins to taste.

Free the taffy wrappers and place in a deep saucepan or enamel bowl. Put on low heat. Add all the butter by cutting it into chunks. Gradually, stirring regularly, dissolve all the toffee and butter to a single consistency.

Remove the corn balls or sticks from the packaging and pour into a saucepan with melted toffee. Sausage sticks are not suitable for any, but only dense and capable of withstanding the connection with the melted warm iris mass and not becoming sour. Otherwise, the taste will be spoiled. Mix all the ingredients, add ground nuts, raisins to taste, put the mass in a cling film or mold and form the sausages.

Prepare the form in advance - line it with parchment and grease with vegetable oil. You can use a juice or milk bag as a form.

Put the finished sausage in the freezer for 30-60 minutes. Before serving, take the dish out of the refrigerator for 10 minutes and cut it nicely.
