- - 250 ml of dry white wine;
- - 3 shallots;
- - 7 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - fresh parsley, black pepper, salt.

Step 1
If you took frozen scallops for this recipe, then defrost them first. Chop the shallots, rinse the parsley and chop finely.

Place the scallops, shallots, and chopped parsley in a saucepan. Pour in white wine. Add pepper and salt as desired. Add butter, mix everything.

Bring the wine to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat. After that, remove the scallops from the pan, then the sauce must be cooked without them.
Step 4
Continue simmering the rest of the dishes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. The sauce should become thick and ivory. Once it has thickened, remove the pan from the heat.
Step 5
Put the scallops back in the pot, mix thoroughly. The dish is ready, serve warm. Serve as a separate dish or prepare a side dish for scallops.
